When you’ve had a little bit too much to eat and you need to burn some calories

Hi everybody, it’s Anita here, coming to you from East Kelowna. I’m on my bike, again, and I found myself a little buddy here. I’ve been riding in the orchards and the vineyards, and just getting out and getting away.

One of my aunts had her 85th birthday yesterday, so we’ve been celebrating for the last couple of days; lots of wine and lots of food, so I needed to get out and get some exercise, and burn off a few extra calories. It’s just so beautiful here.

I just wanted to share this with you; the countryside, there’s a farm, and if we go around I passed some orchards and there are some corn fields. Oh my gosh, I’m going to take a picture of the pumpkins that I saw – they were huge – on my way down the hill.

So, what do you do when you’ve had a little bit too much to eat and you need to burn some extra calories, and maybe take a little break from some family stuff? Me, I get on my bike or go for a little walk or a run. How about you? Share it with me down below. Until later, bye.
