I’m Anita Watts, Coach, Speaker, and Facilitator, and I work with you to hone your resilience skills so you can handle any curveball that life throws your way. I acquired my Master of Arts in the area of Behaviour change, Health and Sport Psychology with a specialization in Employee Wellness. Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked with Police Officers in tactical training and wellness, helping them to control their heart rate, improving their cognitive functioning, and moving them from survival mode, into thrive mode. I am a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) recognized by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) .
Tackling mind over matter, I’ve competed in the Ironman triathlon, I’ve hiked to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro, and I’ve reached the peak of Mt. Ventoux by bike. I know the kind of tenacity and determination it takes to have a winning mindset.
