Hello everybody, it’s Anita here. I’m out on a highway right now. I decided to get on my bike this morning and do a little bike ride. I’ve been feeling very lethargic; no energy, and no motivation, so I thought this morning, that’s what I’m going to do – I’m going to do two hours, regardless of how fast or how hard. It doesn’t matter, but I’m just going to get out and do something so I can increase my energy.
As I’ve been working with my clients for the last little while, a lot of them have been saying, “I have no motivation. I just really have no energy and I can’t get myself going.” So I’m going to challenge you to a Spring Tune-up. How about everybody posts below what it is that you are going to be doing for activity of some sort.
Get out there, get moving, get some more energy, and let’s get a little thing going here. I’ll be giving you some tips on how you can tune up your mind and your body this spring. Until later.
